ASJ’s West Michigan Celebration Of Stories needed event marketing that felt organized, meaningful, and visually connected. Our work supported the “Love, Honduras” theme through event graphics, branded materials, storytelling assets, and donor-facing communication that helped create a consistent experience across the campaign.
The project was built around more than decoration. It was about helping people understand the heart of the event through visual identity, cultural elements, poetry, photography, and clear event communication.
The West Michigan Celebration Of Stories connected with over 700 people across three events in Holland, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids. 43% of attendees were brand new to ASJ, and the campaign raised almost $170,000 toward a $200,000 goal.
Our work helped support a more polished and cohesive event experience across visuals, donor communication, and event-facing materials.
We helped build a visual direction around the “Love, Honduras” theme so the event felt connected, recognizable, and mission-centered.
We supported event-facing materials like poetry pages, visuals, and design assets that helped communicate culture, story, and meaning.
We helped support donor-facing event communication and visuals that made the event feel clear, warm, and organized for attendees.
These visuals show how the event identity came to life through in-person gathering, cultural elements, and designed materials.
This project shows our ability to support mission-driven marketing where the visuals need to do more than look good. They need to carry meaning, connect to the audience, and make the event feel organized, trustworthy, and emotionally clear.
Through this project, we supported a nonprofit event experience that combined storytelling, event branding, cultural visuals, donor communication, and community engagement. The goal was to make the “Love, Honduras” theme feel clear, meaningful, and visually connected across event materials and audience touchpoints.
